To participate in T.O.P Awards activities, participants must be 18 or older. By signing, the legal parent or guardian: 1. Waiver and Release: Authorizes the participant's involvement in T.O.P Awards activities. Releases T.O.P Awards from any liability for injuries, illnesses, or damages related to participation, including those from negligence. 2. Assumption of Risk: Acknowledges the risks of the actiities and accepts responsibility for any resulting harm. 3. Photographic and Video Release: Permits T.O.P Awards to use any photos, videos, or recordings of the participant without compensation and agrees not to seek additional payment. 4. Medical Authorization: Authorizes T.O.P Awards to seek medical treatment if necessary and agrees to cover any related medical expenses: 5. Refund Policy: States that refunds are only available if T.O.P Awards cancels the event and not if the participant cancels. Participants commit to paying all program fees. By signing, the individual confirms they are over 18 and agree to these terms.
