Welcome to the Talented Outstanding Performer Awards (T.O.P), a program which develops, celebrates, and empowers young dancers with master class training by some of the finest teachers in the field, culminating in an awards competition judged by highly recognized dance professional leaders.

Hosted and supported by OC Music and Dance, at the heart of our mission lies our commitment to fulfilling the potential of young dancers, not just as performers but as future professionals and ambassadors. Our unique, premium platform accesses world-renowned choreographers and dance leaders, providing comprehensive training, placement, and employment support.
