Jena Minnick-Bull

For more than two decades, Jena Minnick-Bull has served as CEO and president of South Coast Conservatory, leading the award-winning dance institution that has been named “Best Dance School in Laguna Niguel” for 15 consecutive years. With over 32 years of experience teaching dance across genres and age groups, she combines her background in marketing and current pursuit of an M.B.A. to strengthen arts education and build career pathways for youth. Minnick-Bull founded the Dance Discovery Foundation in 2010, which now delivers performing arts programming to underserved students in over 65 Orange County schools. Through her longstanding partnership with OC GRIP, she has expanded access to arts mentorship and contributed more than $300,000 in scholarships. In 2024, she was named a runner-up for Chase Bank’s Community Icon Award and has previously been recognized by the California State Assembly and the Orange County Business Journal. Minnick-Bull currently serves as president of the Dance Discovery Foundation’s board.
