The T.O.P. (Talent, Opportunity, Performance) Awards Summer Festival offers unparalleled experience combining intensive training, competition, and performance opportunities designed to nurture and showcase emerging talent.

This exclusive program is available to dancers who receive a personal invitation. Invitations are based on prior achievements, teacher recommendations, or notable performance potential. Don’t miss the chance to be part of this elite experience!

  • Expert-Led Masterclasses

July 27 – August 2: Five days of immersive training across various dance genres, guided by renowned choreographers and industry professionals. Also provided are auxiliary courses such as dance for film, public speaking, dance management, and injury prevention.

 

  • Dynamic Competitions

August 1 & 2: Two days where dancers can demonstrate their skills and artistry in a supportive, high-energy environment.

 

  • Evening Gala & Awards Ceremony

August 2: A celebratory event recognizing the hard work and achievements of all participants.

Your moment to shine is here! At the Summer Festival, your studio will take center stage with a prime performance slot—showcase your signature style, wow the audience, and celebrate your dancers’ artistry. Keep them on the edge of their seats… you might just take home a special Gala prize!

  • Team Up. Win a Creative choreography!

Upon winning the group dance competition, your studio will select and team up with a guest choreographer to create and collaborate on a brand new piece that your studio can use for the next season, also for the chance to shine at the next year’s T.O.P Awards Gala and win a grant to create your next masterpiece!

 

  • Professional Video Interviews

Each participant will receive a professionally edited interview, highlighting their personality and aspirations, which will be shared on social media and with potential mentors.

  • Cash Prizes: Opportunities to win $2,000, $1,000, $500, or $100. 

  • Vacation Hotel Stay*: Winners' parents can choose from over 30 U.S. destinations or 99 international locations for a memorable getaway.

👯‍♀️ Who Should Attend?

Dancers aged 8 to 12 and 13 and up who are passionate about advancing their skills, gaining performance experience, and connecting with like-minded peers.​​​​

An exciting 8-day event that mentors young dancers through master classes taught by celebrated instructors and a final competition judged by industry leaders.

 

Pre-professional Masterclasses will consist of in-depth training in dance and it's artistry. Dancers will not only learn techniques and dance of different genre but we will challenge you to think outside of the box and even have opportunities to choreograph your own works and take part in a dance film production.

Come Prepared

  • A Solo Routine (Self Choreographed welcomed)

    Students can only compete in a routine that is choreographed within the last 2 years. Self-choreographed routines are welcomed as well and strongly encouraged.

  • **You may also use repertoire learnt during workshop as your solo (select 'Other' in form).

  • Public Speaking Presentation

    Students may prepare a visual element for their public speaking presentation. The topic can be as simple as a self introduction/artist philosophy, to any creative topic of choice (publicly appropriate) - basically tell us about yourself in a 5 minute maximum monologue.

  • No preparation materials needed for:

    Masterclasses Evaluation, Improvisation and Creative Showcase. Students will be guided and taught during the workshop.
